The Sports Recovery Suite brings elite level sports recovery services to all athletes. Whether you are a recreational runner, an amateur team sport player or a professional athlete, our facility has been designed to optimise your recovery from exercise.
Many athletes and coaches are experts at training hard and competing harder but often neglect building appropriate recovery strategies into their training plans- this is where The Sports Recovery Suite can help out. Our facility was been specifically engineered to boast a range of high tech recovery modalities including; NormaTec compression boots, Hypervolt percussion guns, an infrared sauna, a hot tub, a CET cryospa and much more
AEROBIC FLUSH AND MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Increase blood flow, break down muscle knots and adhesions following training and performance and enhance the body’s capacity to remove metabolic waste from muscles.
DYNAMIC COMPRESSION
Technology that uses dynamic compression to enhance the recovery of athletes. Sit back, relax and unwind while Normatec compression boots do all the work for you.
CONTRAST BATHING
Reduce post exercise recovery time. Faster resolution of soft tissue injuries. Reduce fatigue. Neural and cardio vascular system recovery. Helps reduce muscle soreness, strain and inflammation.
